A radical pro-abortion extremist allied with Anitfa has been forced to pay a $10,000 fine for vandalizing a pro-life pregnancy center.
As LifeNews previously reported, pro-abortion leftists Gabriella Oropesa and Annarella Rivera worked with radical Antifa activists Caleb Freestone and Amber Smith-Stewart to attack and vandalize a pregnancy resource center in Winter Haven, Florida. Together they spray-painted messages, “YOUR TIME IS UP!!” as well as “WE’RE COMING for U” and “We are everywhere.”
According to the DOJ, pregnancy centers in Hollywood, Florida, and Hialeah, Florida were also targeted.
The fine came about thanks to Florida’s attorney general, James Uthmeier, who sent a letter Wednesday to Florida’s chief financial officer, transmitting a $10,000 civil fine “received by court order from a member of the extremist organizations, Antifa and Jane’s Revenge, who unlawfully threatened employees of a Florida pregnancy resource facility.”
As Daily Wire reports, Florida has effectively utilized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act—a federal statute previously employed by the Biden administration to prosecute pro-life activists—to safeguard pregnancy resource centers within the state. Uthmeier announced the successful civil lawsuit against four individuals affiliated with extremist groups Antifa and Jane’s Revenge. These individuals were found guilty of unlawfully threatening employees of Florida pregnancy resource facilities.
The court’s decision resulted in civil fines ranging from $1,100 to $13,000 for each defendant and imposed a ten-year injunction, prohibiting them from approaching within 100 feet of the seven targeted pregnancy resource centers. Additionally, the court mandated that the defendants issue formal apologies to the affected facilities.
Here’s more:
“The U.S. Department of Justice brought criminal charges against the defendants under the same Act,” Uthmeier explained in his Wednesday letter. “Three of the defendants pleaded guilty and one — the defendant whose fine I am transmitting today — was convicted by a jury.”
“As a result of our civil action, the federal court enjoined the defendants from coming within 100 feet of the seven pregnancy resource centers at issue in our lawsuit for the next ten years, entered a judgment for each defendant to pay fines ranging from $1,100 to $13,000, and directed them to apologize to the crisis pregnancy facilities for their wrongful acts.”
“We in Florida will not sit idly by when thugs attempt to threaten, intimidate and harass pro-life facilities who offer life-saving healthcare free of charge to Florida women,” vowed Uthmeier. “As the State’s chief legal officer, I will ensure that pro-abortion bullies who violate the law will be held accountable.”
Oropesa, of Cooper City, was convicted two months ago by a federal jury on charges of conspiracy to injure, oppress, threaten or intimidate employees of pro-life pregnancy help centers “in the free exercise of the right to provide and seek to provide reproductive health services.”
Oropesa, who faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for the conspiracy charge, is scheduled to be sentenced this month.
This legal action underscores Florida’s commitment to protecting pro-life organizations from intimidation and harassment, particularly in the wake of increased attacks on pregnancy centers following the leak of the draft Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade.

Did Soros pay the bill?
I hope the perpetrators are broke beyond repair.
I hope it came out of the perpetrators own pockets.
If someone burns a cross in front of a black church, it’s a federal hate crime and if convicted they can go to jail for a long time. How do these radical pro abortion scumbags get off so lightly?
I have to admit that this is such great news.
“Did Soros pay the bill?”
Had to have been! This person paid on one lump sum, who has that kind of cash laying around?
Could you post the check that is on this link please...
should of been hit with RICO charges! and the clinic should sue them for millions!
Most likely Soros or his organization laundered the money that was used to pay the bill, but it was probably the taxpayers via USAID or the EPA to some NGO and thence to ANTIFA who actually paid the bill.
It’s time let these Antifa buttholes know that, aborting them is just as OK.
Big deal. A fine.
Who collects and pockets the fine and who’s going to pay for the damages?
IMO, the person caught vandalizing something ought to be required to pay completely for both the damages and the time lost and inconvenience for the owners, and other expenses while the place was shut down. Make it cost them for real and the person affected get the recompense.
A little more real accountability might actually put a dent in some of these crimes.

A fine? $10,000? … The guy should have been shot or hanged.
The newly established White House Faith Office should look into this rally that urged thousands to mock a religion out of pure hate. The Dems know that the woke agenda angers those who live in reality, which is exactly why Sanders’ rally began with a transexual mocking Jesus.
Christians have been relentlessly persecuted by the far-left who have turned wokeness into a religion. The media is split after Bernie Sanders, 83, launched his “stop oligarchy tour” with an introduction from a transexual singer who deliberately mocked God, Jesus, Holy Easter, and Christians in general.
The singer in question, Laura Jane Grace, uttered such filth that I do not want to repeat it on this blog, but many of the lyrics were extremely sexual and outright profane. All hell would break loose if this message was directed at anyone other than Christians.
Legacy media outlets are cheering Sanders “as the leader of the anti-Trump resistance.” People who deemed themselves anti-Biden were considered dangerous potential domestic terrorists. Intelligence agencies actually monitored such people and they were often prohibited from speaking out against Joe Biden online. Conservative rallies were closely monitored, unless someone wanted to attempt to assassinate the GOP candidate, and were often compared to Nazi rallies. Who seems to be intolerant here?
“What all of this tells me, is not just in Michigan or in Vermont, the people of this country will not allow us to move toward oligarchy. They will not allow Trump to take us into authoritarianism,” Sanders yelled. “We’re prepared to fight. And we’re going to win.”
Democrats believe that we are under an oligarchy because their candidates have lost. The people VOTED FOR DONALD TRUMP and the policies he campaigned on. Sanders is effectively asking the public to boycott democracy and refuse to accept the leader chosen by the people.
Christians were frequently debanked under the Biden regime for holding opposing views. They were often prohibited from adopting children, and many had their children taken away for refusing to allow their children to switch genders. Pro-abortion protestors stormed churches during mass, shouting at churchgoers for holding differing beliefs. They were fired from their jobs for refusing to take the COVID experimental injection that used stem cells. Bibles were removed from schools and replaced with pro-trans literature for children. Drag queens received public funds to read these books to children, and parents were not allowed to question what was happening.
The woke movement is an anti-Christian movement. Christians cannot express their dissenting views without being perceived as intolerant. Imagine if Trump opened a rally with a singer who sexualized a leader of any other faith?
Where do they work that they can afford white shoed lawyers and fines?
