Send in the Marines, seize control of that state.gov, arrest all state.gov officials to GITMO, revert that state to a territory and install a territorial governor. Let the audits begin and file all appropriate charges, try and convict the abundant thieves and seditionist before a military tribunal.
When you are federally deployed you play by federal rules. And this administration ain’t playing around.
Umm, since when is violating Fed law (and, ExecOrders = law) not an insurrection? When the South decided to have a war, didn’t Democrat Guv’nas do paperwork that got them hanged?
How about waiting for a Guv’na to sign such and then arresting her — it will be a her. Admit it.
Looks like Trump will be appointing a lot more military governors. The House and Senate will also be a lot smaller with very few Dems.
Think how many bureaucrats could be fired and how many good new laws and amendments could be passed.
Sounds a lot like treason to me.
Yes it’ll be real entertaining when Trump has to call martial Law and they all go Rut Rho, wait a minute!
Oy!
Looks like a serious DemoNrat insurrection to me.
They’re only ensuring longer prison sentences for themselves. If not worse. Insurrection Act time coming up. Some of the below will apply. We remember what Abraham Lincoln did when there was insurrection in the US....

Insurrection Act
Well... Yes. Notice the similarity now - we demand the right to operate our states by our own laws, not Constitutional constraints . . . just as in 1860 when they were defending slavery. They insisted that all slaves, while not legally citizens, be counted (at least 2/3 per head) for representation in the House of Representatives as well as the Electoral College - just like now with invading illegal aliens. They refused any compromise and demanded they had the right to run their states without any federal interference.
The majority of the country disagreed with their demands and they subsequently fired on Fort Sumter, South Carolina, starting a 'civil war.'
They are fast approaching the point that they fired on Fort Sumter a century and a half ago! They are making it clear that they will not compromise! They MUST have their way without any obstruction. The 'rightness' of their positions is beyond dispute.
Tomorrow will be a true test: will members of their party in the Senate vote 'yes' on a budget bill that the House Dems refused to participate in when being drafted? If enough Dem senators break ranks with the billionaires that control their party - then maybe things will calm down. If they follow Chuck Schumer's insistence and the lead of the Dems in the House - then yes, we are moving closer to war.
Mark Levin has pointed out that the Dems have hated the Constitution and the country's founding from the beginning. I agree. That party should have been disbanded in 1865! Instead we got war, a presidential assassination, destructive reconstruction, the Ku Klux Klan, Woodrow Wilson and the income tax plus the supremacy of the federal government, the riots and murders fighting black civil rights in the 50's - 70's... etc.
Nothing has changed. š¤·
100% game over
The civil war will be between the executive branch and the judiciary.
Sooner we get to it the better.
