There is likely foreign money funneled through ActBlue to influence our elections. There is no transparency.
Looking at USAID ‘paths’...I would guess...you float a charity front in South Africa to save elephants (in the range of $25-million). Of that the fake charity takes a cut of 25-percent. They float the remainder into some Cyprus account...buying crypto currency, and then some US guy cashes the crypto in (taking a cut), and gives some Act-Blue distributor $15-million....which is carved up into 100,000 donations over a 30 day period. It’s all fed-money, with people taking cuts along the way.
