Umm the President can’t issue a declaration of war only Congress can do that.🤔
Hopefully, true.
This is the right thing to do.
But Amy Coney Barrett cannot be trusted.
>>” And secondly, he [Trump] intimated that he would abide by whatever decision the Supreme Court handed down. That was an egregious error for which he, all future Presidents, and the American people will regret.”
He’s said what virtually every president since Andrew Jackson has said. To describe that as somehow precedent-setting shows an ignorance of history. If he had said he was going to ignore SCOTUS then THAT would have been precedent-setting.
If this isn’t true, IT SHOULD BE. The Feral RATS in black robes are the greatest threat to America, ever!
.
No one else is reporting this. I will side with it’s not true.
If it’s true, it’s odd. If his goal is to get the word out that he’s ignoring stupid frivolous rulings, just post it to Truth Social and X. Everyone will get the message. Doing it via EO doesn’t really “fit”.
As ClearCase_guy insightfully posted: we, the people, were “reassured,” that not only were Biden’s actions “presumed valid,” but it would be a “violation of the sanctity of the executive branch” to investigate, because his pardons are fully within the president’s official duties.
<><>there’s a Republican president, winning big in a national election, fully in possession of his faculties, carrying out the will of the voters, but a judge gets to call the shots, gets to decide what is “permissible” within Trump’s Executive Branch. And so does the Supreme Court.
Call Congress: (202) 224-3121
U.S. House switchboard operator.
Shakeup Congress on social media.

We demand DOJ investigate Biden’s cognitive decline
and his misguided use of the presidential pardon.
I’m not clickin’ on this bait, but I hope it’s legit.
End run?
Actually, this (questionable) story is not that Trump would ignore rulings from the Supreme Court, but rather that he would ignore rulings from lower courts until they've been validated by the Supreme Court.
And, this makes PLENTY of sense.
They’re so gullible because they unwittingly make assumptions rather than than look further into things that are not necessarily safe to assume. What they lack is a healthy skepticism and a strong enough will to survive.
It isn’t.
True, who knew we had hundreds of black robed presidents.
I think an EO requiring DOGE to audit all of their computers and finances would work even better
Keep looking!
so far, the “judicial”-coverups and treason
involve ignored economics to their children and wives, too.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
And your statement shows an ignorance of reading comprehension because nowhere in my statement did I imply that his position is precedent-setting. What I did imply was that he should NOT do what every President since A. Jackson has done, and that of course would be precedent-setting, and that is exactly what he should do IMHO.
These judges are as corrupt and dirty as the politicians and need to be exposed
“This one smells like BS to me.”
This is easy to figure out. I do not know where to look, however there should be an updated web site listing all of Trump’s EO’s to date.
“This one smells like BS to me.”
This is easy to figure out. It’s BS. The Federal Register is up to date. There is no mention of this EO.
