At her age she should not have been! She should have known to test the water before putting the child in but no she just tossed the kid right in. I think she was angry the kid had an accident, we know this by the way she tossed him on the changing table.
She angry and was not thinking strait. This is why they tell you to count to ten before you pick up a child when angry.
Never overlook pure stupidity.
