“THEN STOP IT.”

Musk himself has no power other exposing the fraud and financial failings. The President and Congress must stop the spending.

The test will be the budget Congress prepares for fiscal year 2025-26 which begins October 1. Will the Republican Congress put together a zero based budget which prioritizes required spending and eliminates the pools of slush fund money going to unaccountable organizations in bed with Congress and the bureaucracy.

If a Republican Congress and Senate passes another last minute omnibus budget with a $2 plus trillion deficit, then DOGE will have failed and the Republic will fall. Trump and Musk have exposed the waste, the grift, the fraud, and the corruption. If Congress doesn’t take definitive and effective action, the entire exercise is a waste of time.

Look at your GOP Congresscritter or Senator. Is he or she hiding in the bushes today, waiting to see how the wind blows, or is he or she standing publicly with Mrs and demanding a responsible budget process this year? I hear very few calls for slashing a trillion from federal spending in the upcoming budget.
