Collecting the judgement will be difficult. Perhaps have Congress pass legislation allowing Chinese owned farms in America to be seized.

Two problems solved together, IMHO.

Is the judge related to El Rushbo? Cape Girardo? Limbaugh?

Take what you can of theirs. God is going to charge them a far heavier price.

And when they start seizing factories and production of US goods in China it will spur more of this. Who knows if decoupling will be good but best buckle up for some economic pain in the near to medium term future.

This is good news. China did very great damage to our country with Covid. Hopefully other states will now follow suit.

But Sen. “China Mitch” McConnell will certainly be having a sad over this. I guess you can’t please everyone.

“China refused to show up to court, but that doesn’t mean they get away with causing untold suffering and economic devastation. We intend to collect every penny by seizing Chinese-owned assets, including Missouri farmland.”
***************************************************************

At the moment I can’t think of a constitutional reason why they couldn’t seize Chinese property in other states also…. after proper court orders are obtained.

Federal legislation would help.
