That makes me think of the Prime Minister of the bankrupt Duchy of Grand Fenwick coming up with a scheme to declare war on the USA and then surrender to get “foreign aid”, but they accidently win the war, and find out that they are the smallest super power in the world and still get the money.

I searched it and found that this is Wayne Gretzky's home at 1072 Newbern Ct, Lake Sherwood, Thousand-Oaks, CA on the market now. The African leader or the preacher stories are fake.
I didn't think it looked like Africa.
