How does a person who thinks like this make through law school and then become a judge?

Guess you didn't watch any of the Senate Hearings on Biden's Judges. Complete morons were approved because they had the votes. We don't have the votes even when we have the majority.

“”How does a person who thinks like this make through law school””

Well, Ocrazio-Cortex has a college “degree.” For the left, undergraduate and graduate colleges have apparently adopted the “participation trophy” method. Show up to class, repeat whatever indoctrination drivel, and....... Shazam! You win.

It is not just equity in enrollment. The Left demanded equity in college outcomes.

What is the point of having elections then?

Keeps the peace by letting us have the illusion that our votes matter. If US Marshals or Marines do not show up to recover the files and arrest the crooks holding them then you can rest assured the deep state has won again.

Oddly (or not), I still feel the obligation of the oath I swore to (thanks dad) is still valid nearly 60 years down the road. I also feel a lot of others have never taken the oath seriously. They need dismissed!

If the Court views the district rulings as judicial overreach interfering with the President’s constitutional powers, it could decide to hear the cases immediately.

These inferior courts never had this authority, they just assumed it and no one seemed to care. I do not have a lot of faith in the Supremes but in Christ only and pray that one intervenes soon.

Perhaps a law which automatically stays any rulings on Presidential actions until the Supreme Court decides one way or another.

You need to understand the design of our government and how it works in order to effectively undermine and eventually destroy it.

As much as I despise ABJ, in this case she is following the law, as written and passed by congress and signed by then President GHW Bush.

The relevant excerpt of 5 U.S.C. § 1211(b) reads:

The Special Counsel may be removed by the President only for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office.

First, the President should have stated a reason, as required by the law, for firing the SC. Now Trump has filed with SCOTUS to argue the law is unconstitutional. If he doesn't prevail at SCOTUS, he could just fire SC Dellinger again, this time stating a reason. Unfortunately, the first firing without cause could prejudice the courts against the second firing. Whatever happens, hopefully Dellinger - an ultra-woke idiot, will be removed.
