Comedy icons John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd star in the outrageously funny musical comedy The Blues Brothers. After the release of Jake Blues (John Belushi) from prison, he and brother Elwood (Dan Aykroyd) take their blues band back on the road in an attempt to raise money for the orphanage where they were raised. Havoc ensues as the brothers seek redemption on their "mission from God". Directed by John Landis (National Lampoon’s Animal House), the soul-stirring comedy classic features musical performances by blues legends Ray Charles, James Brown, Aretha Franklin and Cab Calloway.

“I ran outta gas. I had a flat tire. I didn’t have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn’t come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from outta town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locusts. It wasn’t my fault! I swear to God!”
The only movie I like from that era is “Up inSmoke”. Cheech and Chong. Really funny movie.
Blues Brothers was a dud for me except for J.L. Hooker. I’m a blues guy

1978 was a VERY long time ago.
I’ll have to review histories of Winterland.
Fix the cigarette lighter.
Who'd have guessed they predicted the outcome of yesterday's meeting between Zelensky and Trump?
