Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) says he is preparing legislation to feature President Trump on a new $250 bill.
'Grateful to announce that I am drafting legislation to direct the Bureau of Graving and Printing to design a $250 bill featuring Donald J. Trump,' Wilson wrote in a Tuesday post on X with a mock-up of the proposed bill.
(Current laws prevent a living person from appearing on U.S. currency.)

Bidenflation has destroyed the economy forcing American families to carry more cash. Most valuable bill for most valuable President,' he wrote.
One thing's for sure — it'd be a collector's item if nothing else!

Going back to ancient Greek times, republics and democracies always featured a "goddess of liberty" on their money. Only dictatorships, empires, and kingdoms pictured their rulers on their money. America should return to that tradition.

Of the goddesses, I presume you mean.

Inflation has wrecked the value of US paper currency. So I renew my call to have these three fellows on US currency:

George Washington is on our one dollar bill - I get your point about coins but were talking paper money here. It wojld be sweet to have President Trump on one of our bills.

Right. It’s no coincidence that the “progressive movement” and the resulting supression of our constitutional rights coincided with politicans replacing lady liberty on our coinage (beginning with the cent in 1909 and ending with the half dollar in 1948).

George Washington is on the dollar, Jefferson on the $2 bill, Lincoln's on the $5 bill, Hamilton on the $10, Andrew Jackson on the $20, Grant on the $50, and Ben Franklin on the $100 billI like the idea...

How many presidents had their pusses splashed on bills while they were in office?
To: In_Iowa_not_from
She makes for elegant coinage, too.

I like this, but only if it’s a good picture. Many of the pictures of Trump really suck.. he’s a handsome, dignified looking guy, but many artist portrayals make him look silly and cartoonish.

I’m still waiting for the Zappa-inspired $40 bill.
To: airdalechief
Bad idea, not a living President…that said, with the inflation rate, larger bills will be needed.
