Yep, a bit pricey (~$50. for one... lasts 15 days...sold in 2-packs). But the one month supply should give you a good idea about the things in your diet that spike your blood glucose:

They are cheaper, easier, and less painful than doing pre-meal and 45min post-meal finger sticks for 90 meals.😱 They are really useful for tracking changes. Compared to the ℞ CGMs, they may not be absolutely accurate for point readings.
