Websites open right up for me as soon as I click on it. I’ve never had a problem with Windows 11.

My Win 11 also takes longer to open Open Office and IfranView. And longer for those programs to open files.

Both programs were much quicker in Win 7.

Both laptops, old and new, have SSDs, so that's not the issue.
