The closets and dressers were built into the exterior block walls, and mold and mildew was therefore a problem. (Bedrooms). Each bedroom had a common dividing wall of glass block, so when one bedroom light was turned on it lit up all four. That was annoying. Before we bought it, a fire had damaged it and the flat roof was replaced with a gabled, pitch, shingles roof with gutters.

We loved it, but it was very hard to sell in a town of 1,100 and everyone was a farmer.
