Why would CIA do an investigation? On US citizens? He’s a rabid dog but he’s still an American. If an investigation is warranted it should be done by FBI and/or DOJ. All “by the book”.

I think she was referring to not knowing anything about an investigation, not whether there was a honeypot situation w/ Comey. Either she’s lying or, more likely, can’t say anything about it definitively if there is an investigation underway by some other agency. Perhaps there is and she’s not involved so she has plausible deniability at this point? Who knows.
