I’ve posted many times on what ‘treason’ is and isn’t. I won’t repeat myself. You can look at Article III section 3. But do we want the death penalty for the ‘crime’ of being against the President? How about being against the husk who occupied the office five weeks ago?

At least there is one voice of reason here. Thanks. Do these bad actors need to be brought to justice? Yes. Have they committed treason as defined in our Constitution? No.
