I always felt like a successful entrepreneur, could establish a restaurant near the Clinton Library, named... THAT Blue Dress. Have a giant blue dress for the company-lighted sign, with a cracked egg splotched onto the shoulder of the lit-up blue dress.

I’ve been outside the Clinton Library in little Rock (never went in).

Lots of vendors across the street hung blue dresses up as advertisements.
