Once again, it was not a heavy crosswind.
The wind was ONLY 30 degrees off the nose and ONLY 23 knots gusting to 33 knots. That’s ONLY 12 to 16 knots of crosswind.
Something else happened.

One observer noticed that it looked as though when the plane gets closer to the runway,
the right landing gear is lower than the left landing gear ......and it hits the runway first.
Runway 23 means the runway heading is 230 degrees.
CFIT!

Viewing the video it appears to me the descent was too fast, a hot landing, landing gear couldn’t hold, wing tip dug in ground and crosswind flipped the other wing. Pilot error!!
