Isn’t that a clear violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice?

I believe that had my father (USMC Maj) done that he would have been brought up on charges.

Anyone in the military and not in a protected class would be brought upon charges and drummed out unceremoniously. Someone might do the favor of a General Discharge but never an Honorable. You’d be done for life.

Imagine if white had been substituted for black in any of that diatribe. Oooooh boy!
