Not just the passengers but the stewardess. The airlines used to have standards when they hired, not anymore. Not for nothing is Spirit airlines called “ghetto airlines”

SO TRUE! I flew back to the US from Ireland on Aer Lingus, and the flight attendants were beautiful! They all looked like models and were very polite and helpful. Had to take a connecting flight with Delta to get to my city. It was a smaller jet, so it only had one FA. She was fat, slovenly, a uniform that was too small, and a personality to match. This was a few years ago, so it’s not a recent thing. Flying these days is no fun!
