Start rooting out the deepstate in Texas. It runs deep and wide. Start with anyone who has been associated with the Bushes or the Cheneys and go from there.

The first step would be a specific finding re Islam and the Free Exercise clause in the SCOTUS. A statute revoking citizenship on those grounds would help there.

That becomes a political decision re Michigan, and to a (currently) much lesser degree Minnesota. Islam does what all but Orthodox Jews have long ignored in the Commandment of Genesis 1:28 to be fruitful and multiply. Reproduction is the root of political power. American women are too busy making money for trinkets for that. Trump clearly understands that demographic reality. Hopefully he can help there.
