Yup. Don’t piss off Elon.
Is this happening because Musk is the real President? (S.)
Bingo!
More likely she’s at some swank resort counting the millions of dollars she has managed to scam through her corrupt career. If you think she gives a damn about anything other than her own wealth, you are seriously underestimating her.
>>> How do these judges have more power than the President? The President is THE executive branch of the government, so how can some activist judge rule over that?
They don’t have more power. They lack standing. Accepting the premise that these weasels who seek to attack as plaintiffs have such standing — opens unnecessary cans of worms and risks the Constitutional crisis they seek.
No. the Constitution limits the power and duties of each branch. These rogue judges are yearning to continue to be High Priests of Marxism, under the guise of justice.
That might work, but wouldn’t solve the fireproblem.

Ah yes, the fire problem! The elephant in the room. We, all here on FR, seem aware of it, but the die-hard EV owners won’t talk about it and most of them don’t believe it is a problem. I have an acquaintance who I run into when I go play music at the Community BlueGrass jams at his tap room. When he proudly showed us his new EV, I suggested that he not plug it up to charge inside his garage. I know, I know that was mean of me to say and I am ashamed of it. So his response was, “that’s ridiculous. It’s just right-wing ____ lies!” (insert nasty expletive in the blank)

Wonder how he feels about Musk.
He can afford to build his own stations, and pay for the energy they use.
Don’t shut ‘em down, just add pay-per-charge card readers and make a few bucks on them.
She couldn't just buzz in a staff member and toss the key fob to them? Delegate!
These days, there shouldn't be any reason to charge at the office unless it is a company car. Mileage varies but even under the worse winter conditions, newer EVs should be able to handle a trip from a bedroom community to the office..
