New Orleans is very black
But third for tourism in USA along with huge petroleum and port revenues keeps it afloat despite I think 70% lower income blacks with a few better off blacks which they have going back to mixed race freedmen class
Atlanta too has a sizable black middle and upper middle class and black suburbs that are decent income

Has higher crime rate than poorest white county in USA which is in Appalachia after coal played out or was run out
Dallas my third hometown is very Hispanic now though the mex women there are prettier than ours in Nashville

Jackson Mississippi used to be bucolic and safe for all races
Last time I was in Jackson was about 2015. I could not get out of that place soon enough. I remembered the same bucolic setting just as laid back as some of the residents are lazy. It is still laid back and the residents are still lazy but they have run it into the ground.
