During remarks on the Senate floor, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) spoke about the Republicans' Budget Resolution and suggested that alleged savings from DOGE cuts be used to fund Republican agendas.

"We have spent $300 billion in Ukraine. We have soldiers all over Africa. We dont need this
"If you want more money for the military take it from the climate change group in Brazil ... "
"Egypt has received from us 60 billion dollars and their president is unelected just like the Ukrainian president! "
"Money can be saved and moved around but it HAS to come back [to Congress].
"Congress needs to certify all this. Ultimately Congress has to do their job."

Of course, little Ms Lindsey (Swish-SC) wrote it. It going to be full of all kinds of goodies to Defense Contractors and Intelligence agencies.
Rand says he will have PAY-FOR amendments which will cut spending by $1.5 trillion
Congress have long been derelict in their duty.
Rand says we must cut spending and every Republican should be voting to cut it.
“We do this through recission”
He says they have made a lot of promises and have various programs which need to be addressed

See how much Russia would be willing to give us for the EU. Think of it, American taxpayers will get to keep all the dollars that are currently spent to provide the EU with security and if we can get say... 18 trillion, we’d be able to cut our debt by half. Nothing but a bunch of whiners over there anyway so let’s sell ‘em.
Rand says:

He’s talking about Medicaid, Medicare and various programs. it needs addressing...

This was one of his best speeches for years actually if you have 20 minutes... !
Some dire warnings and predictions.
I hope president Trump listens to this speech and it pisses him off as much as it does me. Senator Paul does a great job at laying out how the congress is still trying to keep the gravy train running. Way to go Senator!
Trump says he prefers the House version. The Senate is full of RINOs
And yes I hope he can see some of this but the GOP will pass it minus his vote

He's right to do so, but I think some of those cheering him on don't quite grasp who his major target actually is.
START BY ENDING THE UN MEMBERSHIP.
WE PAY FAR TOO MUCH OF THOSE COSTS.
