Hydroxychloriquine is in the top 10 of most prescribed drugs.
I read early on during the Covid-19 scare that a French doctor treated over 2,750 elderly patience withe the hydroxychloriquine cocktail. Only one died, and that was for some other reason.
In the face of that, Fauci and his supporters claimed there was no clinical trial proving hydroxychloriquine was safe and effective. Who needs a clinical trial when the hydroxychloriquine cocktail cured everyone who got it within five days.
