Yes, they pay for staffs at the 12 federally funded Presidential Libraries.
The JFK Library received just 146,924 visitors in all of 2024, and it's the 2nd most visited of all 12 Presidential Libraries funded in the federal budget (the Reagan library is by far the most visited). All 12 libraries combined received only 1,112,026 visitors in 2024, an average of just 250 visitors per day per library.
