Huma tells the rent seeker Hillary is negotiating with Hufflin/Milton for a 1.5-million-dollar book contract. The rent seeker goes to H/M and gives them two million dollars. H/M gives Hillary a book contract and the rent seeker gets to export his missile technology to China. How would you track that transaction and prove it in court? Even if you got Huma to talk, the rest of the evidence would be nearly impossible to get, and Huma would be labeled a disgruntled employee.
