This is also a condemnation of socialized medicine. A Canadian friend of mine went the 25 miles to the North Bay hospital for chest pains. They suspected a heart valve issue, but didn't have the equipment to be sure, so they sent her to Sudbury, about 80 miles away. They said she needed triple bypass surgery and referred her to a Toronto hospital about 200 miles away to start the process.

Toronto confirmed that she needed the triple bypass surgery and put her on the schedule for 17 months later. She died 4 months after the trip to Toronto.

What happened to this woman could have been avoided had she not had the abortion.

That child would be 13 years old today. What was so bad that she just had to abort?

I mean on one hand I’m glad she’s raising a stink about it because it shows how safe abortion is not but on the other hand has she not had the procedure she would have all 4 limbs and a 13 year old.
