Just check the health of our Astronauts. They don’t do so well.

The Apollo astronauts who went to the Moon (orbited and/or landed) - and who were the only astronauts to leave the Earth's protective magnetic field - had an average age at time of death of 86.2 years. (Some of them are still alive.)

That is significantly higher than the average life expectancy of Americans in general.

Also, physically a small select group. I wouldn’t draw too many longevity conclusions from that sample.
