Too early to say. But potentially Obama. He's responsible for the weaponization of the Federal Government and the deterioration of race relations in the U.S.

If we are going by damage to our country vs incompetence l would have to go with FDR, Wilson, LBJ, Obama/Biden in that order.
Somewhere in my bottom 3 is George W. Bush. After 9/11 he had a ‘once in a 1000 years’ chance to crush radical Islam. The entire West was with us.
Instead Bush told us “Islam is peace.”
It gets worse. Bush decided to donnation-building in Afghanistan, a country stuck in the 8th century. Idiocy. And at the same time he started another war by invading Iraq. More idiocy.
The result of all this: Radical Islam is on the march.
Thanks to Bush’s errors, a great clash of civilizations is coming. And it’s one we might well lose.

presidents i lived under... Carter was the best... i could cut grass and make $10 a lawn and put it in a S&L and make .80 a month on it... i rode my bike and didn’t wait in line for gas... sweet days, no malaise for this 14 year old...
Reagan, though i didn’t vote for him, gave rise to American Pride, went to college under his watch, my ‘55 f100 used gas like it was 27 cents a gallon, RR brought it into perspective.

I don’t know enough to rate all Presidents but I know the ones who’ve served during my lifetime.
