Canada stands to gain the most from global warming. De-Ice more of the country, more farms and industries, more and more talented immigration, more foreign investment.
Of course these “climate change programs” are mostly just graft and corruption. They don’t really believe or care. It’s just a way to send money overseas legally where it can find its way to private offshore accounts while bypassing banking reporting requirements. If money goes from the government to El Salvador that is legal and when it goes from El Salvador to private banks in the caymans or Ukraine or Switzerland there is no report filed in the US or Canada etc.

Of course, that was not my first thought. I read the title as “Canada Needs a DODGE”, like the Stellantis Corporation was not already selling Dodge automobiles in Canada.
