If I was like Joseph Smith and running all over fields all day carrying a bible with pages made of gold I think, yeah....I’d probably lose weight...

Me too! But I had to stop because I would get overwhelmed by the number I was taking each day and then when I moved, I found (and tossed) a ridiculous number of 1/2+ filled bottles...
So now I just collect the information :) bookmarks take up much less space! But this gold idea... maybe too good to be true?
