The War Production Board was not some minor agency. It controlled the direction of the U.S. economy during the war years. And not a peep from anyone back then or since about it being somehow “unconstitutional.”

If you can find the federal activity is an enumerated power in the Constitution, fine. But MOST of what the federal gov't does is NOT an enumerated power delegated to the Feds anywhere in the Constitution.

As for FDR, MOST of what he did aside from the war itself, was unconstitutional and not a peep from anyone back then.

I'm not arguing that the War Production Board is not constitutional. In fact my argument is, as then, so now, civilians involved in gov't activity does have precedent and in the case of DOGE, they are dealing with unconstitutional and, thus, illegal federal gov't activities. The Lying Left conveniently leaves that last part out.
