The company eventually plans to build a 27-story, $175 million hotel, but first the space will be used as a temporary parking lot. Mandate that a picture of Nancy Pelosi be on every headboard in the hotel and there will be less accidental pregnancies to argue what to do with. (Hat tip to Rush for saying that yeas ago. LOL)
