Does the Judge get to dictate the content?

SCOTUS will reverse all this.

Just some heel dragging by the loons on the left.

This is a GW Bush appointee. And who knows whether some Trump appointee might not join him in this ruling? When even Republican presidents are nominating idiots who can't understand the separation of powers between the branches of government, we're in trouble.

SCOTUS will reverse all this.

That's their game plan. To tie everything up/delay POTUS Trump's legitimate actions to the point that nothing gets done. They did it during his first term and are doing it now.

It's the RAT conspiracy and there's nothing we can do about it. Low level federal judiciary pimps acting outside their bounds of authority to gain accolades from communist and perverted liberals.

I’ll wager whatever you like that USSC does not reverse- as it won’t get that far.

Come on people, do some reading!

As posted in another thread:

The data on the website(s) is public data subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act, a Federal Law.

That data, once public, can’t be removed without adhering the Administrative Procedures Act - another Federal Law.

The Executive Branch just can’t remove the data is what the Plaintiffs allege - I believe they have the stronger case at present.

Here’s the case - read!

SCOTUS will reverse all this.

WHEN? Have any of these activist judge decisions been appealed in any way to higher courts or SCOTUS? We know the SCOTUS has not always taken 'emergency' cases stating that they must first go through a lower court appeal process.

To paraphrase an old saying, "When minutes count, the courts are only hours away."
