To: E. Pluribus Unum

How about getting an “activist” judge of a Red State Federal District Court to issue a contrary ruling DEMANDING that Trump and Doge immediately audit Treasury, so that taxpayer rights are upheld?

Then the rulings would cancel each other out - and also, force SCOTUS to reign in this stupidity.

Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c), judges can issue injunctions “ONLY IF” the suing party posts a bond to cover potential damages if they're wrong. “
