Absolutely, the judge has no authority to interfere with the decision of the executive within his agencies. There is no crime, he can’t issue orders based on ‘something could happen’. Most likely, this is to give criminals time to cover tracks. Ignore it, go in and do what DOGE does, let the judge throw a fit after the crimes are exposed.

Exactly, ignore him. DOJ is not going to be sending marshals to enforce his order. And unless Congress has the balls to impeach and remove him, and face the American people, the judge can’t do a thing about it.

Trump needs to get his Andrew Jackson on.
