Windows 11 has a lo-blue light setting under display >>> night light.
Windows 10 too and find night light the same way ..... I suppose. I have no Windows 10 computers.

F.lux is a small download that also adjusts your blue light for Windows PCs..... https://justgetflux.com/

I would use Mint Linux, but its lo-blue light program is pathetic. It is called red shift. Red shift can also be added to Ubuntu and other Linux flavors.

So including the 27” QHD Dell monitor bought last December. I have three ways of adjusting blue light. I tinker with all of them.

Yeah i tried the redshift- wasn’t too impressed with it
