Washington will not present a plan to end Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine during the Munich Security Conference next week, U.S. special envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg said on Feb. 6.
Speaking to Newsmax TV, Kellogg denied media reports that he would introduce such a plan at the conference, scheduled for Feb. 14-16.
Kellogg said the plan would be presented by U.S. President Donald Trump but did not specify a timeline.

The US doesn’t get to make the “plan.”
The Trump admin has better leadership and relations, but mostly the identical options as the Biden admin.
Russia’s expanded borders are reality - and they will not allow NATO in... ever. Period.
Kellogg is a deepstate neocon turd. His “plans” are magical unicorns.
This has maps of the various regions where combat is taking place:
This should be done in private not out in the open.
Russia is taking land faster now and will continue until Ukraine surrenders. The USA is just an observer pretending it has input.
“they will not allow NATO in”
NATO can be invited in and come in, and at most the Russians can do is to grab and hold large chunks of Ukraine until NATO forces are removed.
Ukraine might have 300,000 troops holding its front lines. NATO isn’t going to come close to matching that.
From the maps, the Russians seem intent on merely killing Ukrainian troops without trying to grab huge chunks of territory strategically.
Announcing a peace deal in Munich? Yeah, bad optics on that. Don’t do it.
Sounds ominous for the Zelensky.
You should tell your Zelensky that it sounds like my President Trump knows your Zelensky won't be around when my President Trump presents his Peace Plan.
Oh, well ...
“This should be done in private not out in the open.”
The Russians can be asked for terms by Trump or Kellogg.
