Despite what agents claim are their reasons, I view their action as knowing they have been engaged in wrongdoing.

DOJ has complete authority to access the information.

I’m so old that I remember when the FBI were supposed to be the guys in the “white hats”.. not the balaclava ninjas..

And in the infamous words of all of those FBI agents..

“if you didn’t do anything wrong. You have nothing to hide”..

Right?

Just fire them and get the information from their replacements.

What a world we live in.

Hundreds of people prosecuted and jailed without be able to question the accusers or present exculpatory evidence.

Just another “threat to demoocracy” in action . .

The FBI is a subordinate bureau of the cabinet level Dept of Justice. The DOJ has an obvious right to see every single detail of EVERYTHING in the FBI.

Any FBI official suing the DOJ should be immediately relieved of duty and fast tracked to be fired.

Right?....”

And my answer always is: “Right. I have nothing to hide....and....I have NOTHING to share as I’m pleading the 5th. Otherwise, contact my attorney. Ya’ll just move along now and go about your business. Have a nice day.”

So now we have an FBI that claims they are independent from DOJ oversight and Presidential oversight. Who in the hell do they think DO answer to?

How the hell can you sue just because your legitimate boss asked for some papers? If the court doesn’t turn this away Trump has to. This crap has to stop. Send some marshals in to get the damn data and move on or Trumps gonna be in court for the next four years.

“My boss wants to know what I have been working on for the past four years. I don’t think he has a right to know.”

Yeah, I can see how that might be a reasonable assertion/s

Plan B—fire all the agents since we don’t know who the bad ones are.

Plan C—any agents that can’t be fired must report to their new duty station in Antarctica.

Their move.

5,000 people who were willing to sell out their fellow citizens for a paycheck, pension and bennies.

And then there are the people who knew what was going on and said nothing.

I don’t see how we rehabilitate a culture like that.

We can’t find and fire all who participated, were silent.

Time to dissolve the FBI.

Leave pursuing federal crimes to agents hired to do that at the state level.

Does NOBODY in goobermint believe they have supervisors? And that that Supervisor has every reason to know who you are and what you are doing?

The Feral Goobermint is loaded to the gills with wannabe dictators, incompetents, and out-right fools.

but a DC court could decide to block The President from having a Diet Coke for breakfast, if top Dems (or sugar-daddy SOROS) makes the call.

Then it would go to a DC Appeal, then emergency request to SCOTUS, referred back to Appeals clowns, rewritten to use active voice/present tense, then back to Supremes (6 months later) the Court rules that the President’s breakfast is not Constitutionally defined by state level courts and so voided.

similar process for Jan 6th. This is Bigger than the Border, More Money than USAID, etc. Trump was likely (almost certainly) re-elected in 2020 and The People had a Right to complain about it, regardless of the gaslighting and possible political setup/grooming/incitement from the Deep State.

Everything passed since 2020 by the Rats, The Turnip Head, and the Executive Agencies needs auditing for money, need, and for executive branch Entrapment and fraud.
