South Africa recently passed a widely criticized law on expropriation, allowing the government to carry out seizures of any land it chooses.

Such actions overwhelmingly target white South Africaners..

“South Africa is a constitutional democracy that is deeply rooted in the rule of law, justice and equality,”
Ramaphosa added. “The South African government has not confiscated any land.”

So..Is it possible? President Ramaphosa is a liar? When the Legislative body is 1/3 ANC and 1/3 Communist Party, can
there be any negotiations with people of such sterling character?
