Approximately 1,000 people who majored in air-traffic control or had military flying experience were rejected for air-traffic control jobs because they were white males.
Liberals are pretending it never happened.
Tell the world.

DEI gets people killed. So, If you need a kidney transplant right now and the only surgeon available is white and you’re black, are you going to insist you want a doctor who “looks like you.” That’s some dumb chit right there.
They’d best be getting those applications in again pronto.
Liberals also feel men pretending to be women are women.
They’re nuts.
The good thing? Trump and the new folks he’s put in his cabinet will stop this insanity - and stop lots of future plane crashes... caused by incompetents in jobs they didn’t earn.
We’re finding out that the entire system is held together by the spit and duct-tape of liberalism.
Conversely, if you need a kidney transplant and they assign a black surgeon to you, what will you be thinking?
Two words, “Ben Carson”.
So what are all of the rejected applicants doing for a living, if they got turned down for ATC jobs? Unfortunately, I would think that if their training is that old, it may no longer count if they did apply for ATC jobs now.
BTTT!!!
That’s if you need a brain transplant.
Even if Ben Carson came in anonymously to be my designated surgeon, I would do one hell of a lot of background checking on education, qualifications, experience, success vs failure, etc. You know — checking on merit-based accomplishments. I’d do that for any surgeon, but doubly so knowing what I do know about med schools these days..
A class action lawsuit titled *Brigida v. Buttigieg* has been filed against the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) by a group of white male applicants, alleging racial discrimination in the hiring process for air traffic controllers. Here’s a summary based on available information:
- **Background**: The lawsuit claims that the FAA, under the Obama administration, altered its hiring practices in 2013 by implementing a “biographical assessment” designed to increase minority representation among air traffic controllers. This change purportedly replaced a skill-based hiring system, leading to the rejection of many qualified white applicants.
- **Plaintiffs’ Claims**: The lead plaintiff, Andrew Brigida, and others allege they were denied opportunities despite passing the skill assessments and being highly qualified. The biographical questionnaire allegedly favored candidates based on personal history rather than merit, with questions unrelated to the job’s technical requirements.
- **Legal Progress**: The case has seen various developments, including class action certification in 2022 by U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich, allowing nearly 1,000 claimants to join the lawsuit. The lawsuit argues that these hiring practices violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits racial discrimination in employment.
- **Current Status**: As of the latest updates, the lawsuit is still ongoing, with the FAA and the US Department of Transportation contesting the claims. The case is expected to go to court early in the year following the referenced date.
- **Public and Political Reaction**: The lawsuit has gained attention, especially in light of recent air traffic control issues, with some political figures and commentators linking the FAA’s diversity hiring policies to safety concerns. However, this connection is controversial and not conclusively supported by evidence from the lawsuit itself.
- **Sentiment on X**: There have been posts on X (formerly known as Twitter) where users express frustration and support for the lawsuit, highlighting the discrimination aspect against qualified white males.
This lawsuit raises significant questions about balancing diversity goals with merit-based hiring in critical safety roles like air traffic control. The outcome could potentially influence hiring practices across federal agencies. However, the final impact on policy or legal precedent will depend on the court’s decision.
GROK summary
But if you were a black female and only knew how to finger paint, the Obama administration would make you captain of a 747 right after the interview.
Sorry, they were WHITE MEN. They are already employed elsewhere.
I was scheduled for my annual physical with my doctor very early on in covid, when he suddenly retired before my appointment and I had to get a new one. I think there was a choice of three doctors newer to this area, all of them black, I just picked the first one on the list. Best doctor I have ever had, this guy is sharp. Working with the new guy, I was able to get some health issues well under control that just wasn't happening with the old guy. I wonder if this is in part because a more recent graduate is more up to date on best medical practice.
DEI needs to D-I-E right now!
Gee, it looks like white males might be of use to this country after all.
