That’s the masquerade to install radical leftist Marxists, i.e., people with the “correct” ideology and politics into positions so that that institution, whatever it may be, is dominated by Marxists in the end. She’s right....to minorities that would, otherwise, not be considered for a job based purely on merit.

It’s DEFINITELY a threat to straight white men with merit, they will be unjustly passed over for DEI hires.

The ironic part, call ANY OF THEM A DEI HIRE AND THEY’LL EXPLODE. Either DEI is a good thing, or a bad thing, it can’t be both to the same people.

So, our challenge to such statements should be to ask, “So you say DEI is a good thing, can you give a name of somebody you believe it helped?”. GIVE US NAMES!! I BET THEY WON’T...because they know what it means to label somebody a DEI hire!!! It’s all you need to know!
