Spent the first days arguing what the table arrangement would be.
Only 2-way talks between U.S. and Russia and U.S. and Ukraine until framework for Easter ceasefire is agreed upon. Then 4 way meeting on execution of ceasefire. Then no more 4 way meetings until after Ukrainian election results.
