They do, BUT, if I deem their directions as unsafe, I can ignore them. I just need to be able to show them if they come knocking-what they really do is tell you to call them- Once I hear that, I tell them to save the tapes. I’ve had to call them a few times, but in all instances they either apologized or wanted to my take on their communications and see how it affected my operations.
