There is no chance the Russians agree to that.
Nor is there a chance that Russia will accept Zelensky remaining in office. That would be a non-starter with them.
This is the Trump deal and it’s been discussed with Russia and Ukraine. Ukraine will probably agree to the deal next week in Washington DC. Then Russia will play more games and then finally agree.
