That’s weird. Poltava is nowhere near the Ukraine’s neighbors of Poland, Belarus, Slovakia, Moldova, Hungary or Romania. It’s much closer to the southwestern border of Russia.
That's right: The neighbor getting Molotov cocktails lobbed into his living room lives a whole three doors down from you, so it's none of your business, and you can remain sunbathing on your patio while the stench of burning human flesh wafts over the hedge - or until the attacking neighbor decides it's time to take you into his sights.
