Federal Workers Concerned That Returning To Office Will Interfere With Them Not Working

I know it's the bee, but... seriously, when did being in the office really interfere with anyone's will to NOT work?

Just going to add commuter costs - if a worker is a do-nothing, nothing is what they will do.

Commuting interferes with not working. They have to work at going to the place of employment where those apparatchiks do as little as absolutely necessary.
