Somebody here on a thread about her upcoming parole hearing, was trying to claim she had changed over the years, and to have sympathy for her. I told them my experience of working in uniform for 25 years in NY State's prison system, showed that convicts play the system to get what they want. Looks like I was right.
A really repentant person wouldn’t seek parole for themselves, in terms of it being the only thing that mattered.
The Son of Sam, I judge to be repentant of his crimes, because he never requests his freedom for his crimes. His duly obligated to attend parole hearings but he always requests to finish his sentence.

David Berkowitz, son of sam killer on the other hand acknowledges he will never get out, and i believe doesn’t want to, yet continues to be a positive influence in prison- He’s now saved, and leads church meetings I believe- I wouldn’t want him out- but do think “Perhaps” there is a chance he has changed- but still i wouldn’t be sure-
