Actually, there are a LOT of Gringos in Mexico who had fled the long arm of Justice. It would be GREAT to have Gringos go back to the USA in many cases and pay for their crimes. I post in Mexico, and know of large communities of people whose only recourse to avoid the complicated legal system in the USA was to come hide in Mexico. Lots of them around Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.
You don’t even have to go THAT far south. I’m in Matamoros, Tamaulipas and there’s tons of Americans here running from the law. I imagine it’s the same all over down here
we have a lot of rocks needing breaking as we build new roads and more border walls.
